Do you like being scared by books, films, and surprises? Describe the sensation of being scared, and why you love it — or don’t.
Photographers, artists, poets: show us FRIGHTENING.
Some people love scary movies or books while some people don’t. I belong to the second category. I want to watch films or read books because I want to be entertained or enlightened but not to be scared. I don’t like being scared.
I did watch a horror film in the past and I didn’t enjoy it. So I told myself, I will never watch any horror film again. Watching a horror movie creeps me out but it doesn’t mean I am weak or wimpy. Right? Horror film or book is simply not my thing.

Grab the nearest book. Open it and go to the tenth word. Do a Google Image Search of the word. Write about what the image brings to mind.

Tenth Word – Sun
The book that I chose to grab is Danielle Steel’s One Day at a Time because she is my favorite author and this book was a gift from hubby. Anyway, the tenth word on chapter 1 is sun.
Though I don’t have to do a Google search for me to know the image of sun, I still did it to see what images of sun is on the net. Of course there are plenty of it but the first one that captured my eye was the smiley sun.
When the sun is shining, it does seem to be smiling at us. Isn’t it?
I feel good when the sun is shining. Sunshine brightens my day. How about you?

Do you know the meaning of your name, and why your parents chose it? Do you think it suits you? What about your children’s names?
I don’t know the meaning of my name, not until today. Actually, I thought my name has no meaning but when I googled it because of this prompt, I found out that my name means ‘bitter, famous warrior’. Do I think it suits me? I don’t think so. Well, maybe in the past I have been bitter but I’ve changed and matured. I became a better person.
I also don’t know why my parents chose my name. I should ask my mother next time I call her.
My children’s names are Abigail and Adeline. My hubby and I chose these names because they mean something. Abigail means ‘father’s joy’ while Adeline means ‘noble’. I love their names. I hope they will too.
