Share Your World 2014 – Week 15

For your blog do you basically use Windows or Mac, laptop, desktop, pad, or phone?

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I remember that I used to say “I wanted to become a doctor someday” when I was a kid. It was what I was told to say and what I should be wanting to become. Hence, I didn’t actually become one. No one’s fault, it’s just not meant to be.

Did you grow up in a small or big town? Did you like it?

Small town. No, I didn’t like it when I was young not because it was small but because my mother and siblings were residing in another town. Naturally, I wanted to stay with them. I am and will always be grateful to my grandma who raised me but I used to long for my immediate family. Hence, I grew up lonely and angry because I thought my mother abandoned me. I am okay now. My mother, siblings and I are close though we live far from each other. And my small hometown? I miss it from time to time.

How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are?

I feel old these days because bending is not as easy as it used to be.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I met and spend time with a friend whom I haven’t seen for a while…I’m looking forward to our family outing this weekend.
